• Employee Credentials: We collect and store your company-issued email and password to authenticate access to the EBPERP system.
• Location Data: We collect your device's location only at the time of check-in to verify attendance. This data is not collected continuously or in the background.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Authenticate employee logins.
• Register attendance check-ins tied to a verified location.

Your data is used exclusively within the company for internal HR and attendance purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) by Google to send push notifications. FCM may collect device-related information (such as token identifiers) to deliver messages properly. However, no personal or location data is shared with Firebase.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not sell, trade, or share any information with third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain location and login records only for the duration required for HR and operational auditing. Data is securely deleted thereafter.

6. Children's Privacy

EBPERP is intended for employee use only. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
